Ninette was born on the 25th January 1963 in Victoria Gozo. She joined the group as Secretary for the Group Council in 1998, having also the role of Group Chef for fundraising activities and camps. During this time, she coached a group of scouts for backwoods cooking. They placed second in a competition organised by Island Headquarters.

Ninette was invested as a Leader in October 2007 and has an administrative part in the group, giving her Support were needed. By Profession Ninette is a nurse and currently holds the position as Nursing Officer, Dermatology Ward at Sir Paul Boffa Hospital. She is the mother of Bagheera and of Joseph Grech, a Venture Scout.
